	For apartment rentals we normally deduct 25% of the total at booking time. This is non-refundable unless we or you can find replacement renters. The rest is debited at arrival although a cancellation in the month before arrival can lead to deducting the full amount.

**Cleaning. Normally we expect you to leave our apartment as clean or cleaner than you find it. This is one reason the rent is low, considering what you get. If you really are up against a deadline and cannot clean the place the morning of leaving or the evening before please let me know so we can either apply the one time cleaning charge to partially cover gas and time for me to come into Paris and do it, or warn your successors that it is not clean and that we will credit them with the 50 euros charge we will debit you. You may ask why we don't hire someone locally to clean. We have tried this with little luck. Often new people arrive as others leave and there is no time. You simply have to take care of "your" apartment in Paris yourself. That said, we always provide fresh linens weekly at no charge and with the washer/dryer in each apartment you are welcome to do your sheets, towels or clothes whenever you wish.
